  3. Keep grant hyperlinks on resource/person pages (e.g. CDM-023 → GRA-920) with redacted grant detail pages.
  4. Do not delete data/grants.yaml or graph edges.

Option B (recommended): Move grants index under Reports → Grants registry (internal). GRA detail pages remain buildable for hyperlink targets but are not promoted as a public catalog. Option A (hide entirely from nav) still leaves pages searchable unless excluded from docs/ sync.
