Introduces various skills and materials used in costume crafts. Basics of working with molded materials, sheet foam and thermoplastics. Adhesives and a range of surface treatments will be explored. Discussions will center around making material and method choices based on design, budget, durability, equipment and safety for the craftsperson and performer. Status as an Undergraduate or Graduate Theatre student is a prerequisite for this class.
