Description & capabilities

The Business Education in Technology and Analytics (BETA) Hub is a cross-disciplinary initiative at the Driehaus College of Business that advances innovation in teaching, research, and community collaboration at the intersection of business and emerging technology. Opened in January 2023, the hub houses four dedicated spaces: a Content Creation Studio (podcast and video production), a Business Insights Computer Lab (analytics and licensed business software), an Extended Reality Suite (VR/AR business experiences and prototyping), and a Neuro-Business Lab (eye-tracking and biometric consumer research). The hub supports faculty curriculum integration, a research participant pool, monthly faculty research presentations, and student-led consulting projects for Chicago companies and nonprofits. Co-located with the Kellstadt Career Management Center on the 7th floor of the DePaul Center.
